Job Summary
Processing and payment of Payables
Prepares withholding tax certificate (BIR Form 2307) for tax withheld from supplier
Schedules the checks for release and ensures that payables are paid on time or before due date
Works with other department for the prompt release of cash advances, reimbursements, allowances, and other fund requirements
Willing to be assign in Jagobiao, Mandaue City
Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications
Graduate of BS Accountancy or any equivalent course
With at least one (1) year of related-work experience
Proficient in MS Office, specifically in Excel
Strong planning and organizational skills
Good communication skills
