ACCOUNTING STAFF
ACCOUNTING STAFF will assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, bank reconciliation, accounts payable and account receivables and posting entries to the general ledger.
Key Job Tasks
Assists month-end closing processes
Post month-end journal entries
Provide monthly reports for AP and AR
Supports all day-to-day accounting functions
Bank reconciliation
Process accounts payable vouchers and deposits accounts receivable checks
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, preferably with atleast 1 year experience
Proficient in MS Applications (Word, excel, and Powerpoint)
Good experience in Accounts payable for check preparation and check issuance
With ability to work under tight deadlines and pressures
Good in oral and written communications
Must be honest and has integrity
