ACCOUNTING STAFF
Job Scope
Ø Manage ledger reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable.
Ø Updates financial records and accounting entries
Ø Maintains accounting controls and internal policies.
Ø Performs physical inventory count and checking of purchased requisition (PR).
Ø Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information and trends.

Competency Requirements
Ø A graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Management Accounting.
Ø At least 1 year of working experience in General Accounting or its equivalent.
Ø Strong understanding of auditing, accounting regulations and inventory.
Ø Knowledgeable on government regulations & GAAP.
Ø With experience on general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end
close process.
Ø With experience in accounting software (SAP)
Ø Expertise in advance excel and data analysis.
Ø Strong interpersonal, critical thinking skills and time management.
