JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
A graduate of BS in Accountancy or Management Accounting.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial practices.
Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office Suite, particulary Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Integrity and a high level of confidentiality.
Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.

Job Responsibilities:
Perform day-to-day accounting tasks, such as data entry, voucher checking, accounts payable, and general ledger maintenance.
Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and schedules.
Respond to financial inquiries from internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation and information.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and systems.
Stay updated with accounting regulations and best practices.
Perform ad hoc financial reports and assist in special projects as required.
