Job Description
• Process statement of accounts, invoices and cost estimates
• Prepare disbursement voucher and cheques
• Update and maintain accounting database with data entry and reports
• Handle monthly and quarterly reports
• Handle day-to-day accounting duties including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and payroll
• Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of the financial records;
• Maintaining and Organizing Finance Documents;
• Perform other tasks assigned/requested by his/her superiors;
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field of study
• Have knowledge in BIRT tax laws and SEC
• 0-3 years' of experience working in Accounting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly detail-oriented
• Will be assigned in Silang, Cavite
