Job Description Preparation of the following:
Check and check vouchers for payment to suppliers
Journal, Cash Receipts and Accounts Payable vouchers
Telegraphic and fund transfer payments
Statement of Accounts
Monthly cash reports
Daily monitoring of the Cash balance, accounts receivables and payables.
Daily updating of Cash Ledgers, AR Ledger
Preparation and in-charge of bank transactions
Updating & reconciliation of employees' advances masterfile
Assist in the preparation & reporting of Financial Statement to the management
Encoding of monthly employee's government contribution and loans and e-gov filing
Preparation of schedules, encoding in BIR Relief and Alphalist and eFPS filing
Job Qualifications Female
Preferably Single
Graduate of Accounting or Finance related courses
- Preferably with 1-2 year accounts payable or general accounting experience
- With knowledge in BIR remittances / Tax returns is an advantage
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
- Must be organize and keen on details and accuracy
- Can work under pressure
- Computer literate, proficient in MS Applications
- Willing to work at Kawit, Cavite
Compensation 15000
Compensation Range ₱15,000 - ₱20,000
