Description
- Prepares monthly schedule of fixed assets and its depreciation expenses
- Processes and purchases for local and imported materials (By checking the Purchasing voucher and encoding the stock-in, stock out and return of materials to the schedule)
- Prepares monthly schedule of accounts payable to foreign suppliers
- Prepares outstanding payables and remittances data to foreign suppliers
- Prepares monthly schedule of materials inventory
- Analyzes material inventory consumption of each completed jobs based on the actual usage of materials
- Does the costing of raw materials and semi-raw materials both local and imported materials
- Prepares monthly reports of finished goods, work-in-process and raw materials and sub-materials
- Reconciles stock-in materials to ledger and stock-out to daily issuance report
