Job Responsibilities:
Bank reconciliation preparation
Process invoices & daily transactions and expenses
Performs administrative support functions
Update and maintain accounting database with data entry and reports
Receivables / Payables preparation
Processing of cash transactions
Processing of check transactions
Review of withdrawal slip preparation
Review of processing of documents for opening of accounts
Monitoring and reporting of bounce checks
Process orders, issue invoices and receipts
monitor and track Accounts Receivables / Payables
Assist in preparation and filing of all VAT Return
Prepare and Filing of all withholding tax of the company.
Monthly Audit / inventory
Prepare sales / rental summaries
Perform other general clerical works and other tasks such as monitoring renewal of business permits, retiring business permits, etc.
Perform other task assigned by Accounting Supervisor.
Job Qualification:
With Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accountancy.
Strong worksheet skills and numerical abilities
With the capacity to make quick but rational decisions.
With business and commercial awareness, initiative, and the ability to work as part of a team.
With good attention to details
Can work in a fast-paced environment
A team player and highly adaptable

Schedule:
8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
13th month salary
