A Japanese company located in Cavite Export Processing Zone, Rosario, Cavite is in URGENT need of:
ACCOUNTING STAFF (Accounts Receivable/Payable)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform the functions of AR and AP such as the following:
-Responsible for ensuring all incoming payments are received and processed
-Keeps a precise record of all incoming payments and makes contact with clients to ensure outstanding invoices are paid
-Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices
-Recording of entries
-Monitoring all accounts to ensure payments are current and up-to-date
-Monthly report of Cash Disbursement and Vouchers Payable
-Print and obtain signatures on all checks and telegraphic transfer
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
-With a college degree in BS in Accountancy, Financial management or any related field
-Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable.
-Attention to detail & accuracy
-Good verbal & written communication skill
-Organizational skills
