Assist Superior for creating and editing financial documents.
Organize the bookkeeping processes of the company.
Evaluate financial budgets and track expenses.
Reconcile financial books including incoming and outgoing funds.
Maintain bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets, updating information as needed
Communicate with clients, agency and customers to request payment and arrange payment plans
Collect payment and accurately record it into the system
Create reports and balance sheets that document overall profits and losses
Update client accounts based on payment or contact information
Other assigned task
