ACCOUNTING STAFF
 
Requirements:
Accountancy / Accounting Tech / Management Accounting/ Finance graduate or related field
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and Excel, QuickBooks is a plus
Knowledgeable in processing PhilHealth claims is also a plus
Computer literate
Accuracy and attention to detail
Good data entry and word processing skills
Knowledgeable with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
Ability to multitask
Hands-on experience
Good analytical and organisational skills
Collaborative work style and strong leadership skills 
Good oral and written communication skills
Duties and responsibilities: 
Tracking payments to internal and external stakeholders
Managing all accounting transactions
Preparing bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
Reconciling accounts payable and receivable
Ensuring timely bank payments
Preparing monthly payroll
Reporting on the company’s financial health and liquidity
Entering key data of financial transactions in database daily
