WORK LOCATION - 221 N. Bacalso Ave., Labangon, Cebu City (beside CIT)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce/Business with Accounting units
Minimum 1 year experience in general accounting
Work in Labangon, Cebu City office (not work from home)
Willing to be assigned to Quezon City office for short periods
Intermediate experience in Excel
Experience as an accounting clerk in a property management or construction firm an advantage
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounts receivable: billing and collection
Lease contracts: preparation of lease contracts, installment agreements
May do bank reconciliation and other general accounting functions
May show vacant units, read utility meters and other on-site activities
