DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Posting, recording and maintenance of company's book of account:
A. Sales book
a.1 Responsible for maintaining a complete file of sales invoice and delivery receipt that
is also forwarded by the Impex Staff.
a.2 Comparing the quantity of the sales invoice with the delivery receipt and checking prices of the quantity delivered.
a.3 Checking for the footing and cross fooring of the amount.
a.4 Recording of the transaction in the above mentioned book. (sales book)
a.5 Making Monthly Tentative Sales
a.6 Making Actual Sales Report
B. Cash Receipt Book
b.1 Asking the customer for the remittance advice.
b.2 Comparing the amount remitted by the customer between the statement of account
and the customer's remittance advise.
C. Cash Disbursement
c.1 Preparation of the check voucher and check or bank/telegraphic transfers
corresponding to the accounts that are needed to be paid.
c.2 Monitor and Maintained All Checks and Cash for Release.
c.3 Incharge in Releasing Cash Payroll and Checks.
2. Preparation of statement of account and giving it to the customers.
3. Coordinating with the customer for the invoices that were not paid and demand for its payment.
4. Making details of outstanding sales invoice.
5. Computation of the value added tax.
6. Responsible for making a debit/credit memo for the charges or transactions that cannot be put in
sales invoice and doing the corresponding adjustment needed.
7. Maintenance of file (Sales Invoices, Delivery Receipt, bank/telegraphic transfer, BIR Forms.
8. Encoding of Data needed for the tax refund.
9. Perform other tasks as the needed arises on Accounting Matters.
