• Responsible for Daily Vouchers and Cheques preparation
• Responsible for Weekly Vouchers and Cheques preparation
• Responsible for Monthly and Quarterly remittances of VAT and withholding taxes to BIR
• Responsible for Monthly remittance of SSS, HDMF (Pagibig), And Philhealth
• Responsible for Daily Dispatch of cheques (payments), OR (Official Receipts) monitoring and Filing.
• Responsible of Generating of Daily Bank Cash Position and Cash Listings reports
• Responsible for Monthly Online Payment/ Remittance for WHT, SSS, Philhealth, Pagibig, Agents, and Payroll
• Responsible for Reversals, Reopening, and Rematching of Jobs in iFreight when needed
• Responsible for Daily Approval of fully authorized invoice under payment processing in iFreight and Printing of Payment Vouchers
