Is currently looking for:
 
ACCOUNTING STAFF
 
Job Responsibilities:
Managing accounts payable using SAP system
Attaching external documents to the correct documents in SAP (packing slips, invoices, other pertinent documents)
Entering inventory invoices and reconciling vendor statements to request missing documents.
Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors
Analyzing workflow processes
Ensuring bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures
Processing due invoices for payments
Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges
Perform account reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner
Job Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting or any related Accounting/Business course
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge or background with SAP system is a plus
Knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and basic accounting principles
Strong attention to detail with a dedication to accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Have experience and familiarity on accounts payable functions
Maintains regular attendance and punctuality relative to daily work schedule is required
Works well under pressure, capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
Follow directions from a supervisor
Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Understand and follow work rules and procedures
Solution driven and team player
Flexible personality when working with customers, vendors, and team members
Willing to learn and grow
Willing to work on a graveyard shift
Can start immediately
