* Performs cost accounting functions
* Performs bookkeeping functions
* Property, plant & equipment accounts monitoring
* Cost Inventory Items-Chemicals, Work-in Process, Finished Goods, Production
* supplies, Laboratory supplies, Maintenance supplies, Spare parts and office supplies.
* Prepares monthly Consumption per Line of the following - Chemicals, Prodn supplies,
Maintenance supplies, laboratory supplies, Spare parts and office supplies..
*Coordinates with Production Group Chiefs for month-end inventory activity participants.
* Prepares monthly bank reconciliations.
*Prepares monthly Schedule of Prepayments, PPE per line, Depreciation per line.
* Prepares monthly journal entries for depreciation, prepayments, importation from,
sales/collections per customer, bank peso transactions,
* Prepares monthly accrual entries for utilities and rental.
* Prepares summary of collections for the month.
* Updates monthly the Customer Subsidiary Ledger.
* Prepares PEZA reports - quarterly and annual.
* Coordinates with concerned department and BIR for disposal of fixed assests.
* Prepares audit confirmation and schedule for Employee Advances accounts, and
audit schedules for PPE, Inventory, Peso accounts, Pre-payments, etc.
