MDM Systems, Inc. is currently in need of an Accounting Staff.
The Accounting Staff is responsible in providing accounting services such financial reports, accounts payable, invoices, purchase orders, claims and setting up employee information.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process bank transactions and complete bank reconciliations
• Process invoices, reconciling notes to invoices received and purchase orders
• Process and manage accounts payables
• Process and manage accounts receivables
• Process and follow up claims
• Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
• Prepare monthly financial reports through MYOB
• Set up new employee information and maintain existing account details through Employee Hero
• Proactively assist with the improvement of operational processes relating to the compliance with internal control procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned from time to time by the POC
Skills and Qualifications:
• BS degree in in Accounting Technology or Accountancy
• MS Excel (Intermediate level)
• Familiarity with Pivot Tables and ability to use excel formulas: VLOOKUP, filter and search functions
• Excellent Written and Oral English Communication Skills
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in the Accounting field
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, Australian accounting preferred
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based accounting software, MYOB preferred
• Process-driven with high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
