ACCOUNTING STAFF
 
Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting or Accounting Technology (preferably Accountancy)
Proven working experience as Accounts Payable clerk
Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles
Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
Proficient in MS Office Applications
Good analytical skills
Can work effectively under pressure with minimal supervision
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to work in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu
Job Description:
Processing accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies nad procedures.
Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables' data
Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for properly posted.
Conducts other tasks and ad hoc assignments as may be requested by immediate head.
