Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare booking and payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursement
- Calculating and checking to make sure booking, payments, amounts and records are correct
- Preparing and verifying bank deposits, general ledger posting and statement
- Sorting of Financial Documentations and posting them to the proper accounts and answering queries
- Managing Petty Cash Balances
- Support Monthly closing, monthly records and reports
