ACCOUNTING STAFF / PAYROLL IN-CHARGE
 
Section: Accounting Dep’t.
 
Reports to: Accounting Supervisor & President/CEO
 
Salary Range: P16,000 to 18,000 monthly
 
Basic Job Requirements:
Single/Married
2-5 year work related experience
Willing to work overtime
Computer Literate
College Graduate of BS Accountancy/BSBA major in Accounting/Accounting Technology
Trustworthy and hardworking
Job Specification:
Timekeeping that includes monitoring of leave and overtime of employees;
Computes Payroll;
Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balance;
Process purchased invoices in the Accounting System;
Pays vendor by monitoring discount opportunities, resolving purchase order, and invoice or payment discrepancies;
Print checks through on line;
Make BIR form 2307;
Process Government Remittances Payment thru eGov System (SSS, Philhealth & HDMF/Pag-ibig);
Deposit and encashment of checks;
Telegraphic payment (Foreign and Domestic);
Fund Transfer/Conversion of currency from USD/JPY to PESO to the Company’s Account;
Maintains quality service by following company standard;
Performs other tasks by accomplishing related results as needed.
