Perform general accounting duties and responsibilities
Prepare and submit invoices
Code, post and receipt payments
Prepare and coordinate deposit activities
Monitor accounts for non payment and delayed payment
Check, verify and process invoices
Prepare payments for signature
Sort, code and enter accounts payable data
Analyze discrepancies and unpaid invoices
QUALIFICATIONS:
Preferably Female
Must be at least 2 - 4 years graduate of related course
Experience in the field is an advantage
Has the ability to handle pressure
Proficient in using MS Office, especially MS Excel
