Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Management Accounting or any related course
Must have experience in handling accounting related matter
Proficient in MS office and other computer applications
Honest and highly motivated
Can work with less supervision
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply

Job Description:
Administer employees mandatory benefits SSS, PAG IBIG and Phil health.
Process benefits enrolments, changes, terminations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness,
Respond to employee inquiries and provide benefits information, guidance and support.
Maintain accurate and up to date benefits records and data.
Generate reports on benefits, participation, costs, and other metrics.
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to employee benefits.
