Tahche Outsourcing Services Inc is an outsourcing company based in Cebu city, Philippines with clientele all over the United States.
 
We are seeking for an Accounting Staff to join our team and process all the components of daily Accounts Receivable and provides accounting assistance for all other functions of the department.
 
This is a full-time role, on a mid-shift (3 PM -12 AM) and a work onsite set-up.
 
Major Responsibilities:
Prepare and process invoices for clients
Sending bill adjustments
Printing and reviewing invoices and billings
Monitors delinquent invoices and send reminders as necessary
Record / post to QuickBooks all AR and collection related transactions
Get an overview of Account Receivable Process
Financial statement schedules preparation (monthly)
Manual recording of books of accounts
Perform other job-related duties as necessary or any tasks assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business & Accounting
Knowledge of QuickBooks - Online Accounting Software is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, especially Excel)
A proven track record of academic and professional excellence
Ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment
Highly motivated self-starter with ability to multitask and complete assignments within time constraints and deadline
Strong organizational skill and attention to details
