Responsibilities:
Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements
Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
Generate reports detailing accounts' payables status
Understand expense accounts and cost centers
Understands compliance issues around accounts payable processes.

The first few years operation of the repair shop was not really easy. It had experience a lot of hardships brought about maybe by the unfavorable business atmosphere of the place. The head office grew tired and weary of its operation and so it decided to give up. But the eldest of the bonifacio brood, Rosauro R. Bonifacio, was too helpful that it could still withstand the challenges of business. He got the repair shop as his own and so in 1970, it became R. Bonifacio Motors, a single proprietorship owned and operated by Mr. Rosauro R. Bonifacio.
As the company grew, the owner decided to register it as a corporation, and so on September 21, 1989, it was registered in the SEC in Davao City as (DAVAO) Bonifacio Motors, Inc. DR. DAVID ROSS F. BONIFACIO, the oldest son, now manages the company with greater vigor, strength, inspiration and commitment to continue whatever his father had started. Today, (Davao) Bonifacio Motors, Inc. continues to grow, as new sales records are set year after year. Its main clientele are the multinational companies and big agricultural plantations operating in Mindanao, among them: the PPI Del Monte (PHIL.), San Miguel Foods, Asia Industries, Dole Stanfilco and some pharmaceutical companies.
Since the company is specializing in body collision and modification, it is also servicing most of the renowned non-life insurance companies in its accidental body collision needs. In most instances, the insurance companies are spared from getting a brand new vehicle in replacement to a heavily damaged one, because this company has the ability to restore the damaged vehicle back to its original at a reasonable cost.
