Accounting Staff (45207) [sto. tomas, batangas]Reeracoen Philippines, Inc. (Neo Career Group)

Salary: 15,000 - 20,000With Saturday schedule (Twice a month)
-Generates and prepares payment to vendor (thru check and telegraphic payment).-Reconciles with General Ledger Accounts Payable per Vendor.-Records customer/suppliers payment collection.-Reconciles with General Ledger Accounts Receivable per customer.-Reconciles with General Ledger Bank Balances.-Prepares journal entries to adjust Sales Account when customers returned shipped product.-In charge in monitoring & control of Office Supplies Inventory.-Updates/registers new acquired asset to Fixed Asset Master.-Generates monthly Depreciation report.-Prepares Fixed Asset tags and attached the said tag to newly acquired asset.-Prepares Financial Schedules such as: Accrued Expense, Advances from Officers & employees, Refundable Deposits, Foreign Exchange Gain/Loss, Representation & Entertainment.-Performs other jobs that maybe assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
With at least 3 years of experience handling general accounting in a Manufacturing setup.
Proficient in MS Office and has a background in an ERP environment particularly SAP
Good analytical skills and detail-oriented and trustworthy.
