JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be responsible for:
- Accurately maintaining and updating financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and expense reports, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies.
- Budget Monitoring and Analysis: Assisting in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, analyzing financial data to identify trends and variances, and providing insightful reports to support effective decision-making by management.
- Ensuring timely and accurate preparation of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations, as well as assisting in audits and financial inspections to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Preparing periodic financial statements, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to provide clear insights into the financial health of the organization.
- Collaborating with the finance team to develop long-term financial plans and strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives. Your insights will contribute to the formulation of effective financial strategies to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
- Monitoring and controlling expenses across various departments, identifying areas of potential cost savings, and recommending measures to optimize spending without compromising quality and operational efficiency.
- Collaborating with clients to ensure timely and accurate payment processing and resolving any financial-related inquiries or issues promptly. Building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders will be crucial to facilitating smooth financial transactions.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree / BS Marketing , seminar or similar relevant field (Preferably CPA Board Passer)
- At least 1 year of experience
- Knowledge and competency in accounting principles.
- Proficiency in management systems.
- Administration skills.
- Sound interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software.
