Qualifications & Skills:
Preferably BS Accounting Technology graduate or graduate of any business-related courses;
Competency in Microsoft applications including Excel, Word and Outlook;
Attention to details and ability to multi-task is an asset;
With at least one-year experience, an advantage;
Organizational, verbal and written communication skills a must;
New graduates may also apply.
Job Description:
Prepares, compiles and sorts vouchers, bills, invoices and checks;
Executes billing and collections activities;
Verifies documents substantiating business transactions;
Executes Data Entry operations;
Reconciles records with internal company employees and management, or external vendors or customers;
Recommends actions to resolve discrepancies;
Investigates questionable data;
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential;
Performs other tasks as assigned by superiors.
