Duties, Functions and Responsibilities:
>Supervises all Finance Staff
>Prepares complete hospital finance statements
>Prepares schedule of accounts per Balance Sheet and Income Statement accounts
>Prepares monthly analysis of the income statement accounts especially on the profit centers
>Review and approved the Journal Voucher adjustment before posting
>Review the professional fee summary
>Does the bank recon>Prepares weekly and monthly cash flow projections
>Supervises promissory notes application
>Monitoring Bizbox
>Provides accounts schedules/ reports to auditors
>Monitors and ensures that monthly government remittances are paid on time
