Job Description:
To prepare monthly reports such as reviewing of bank reconciliation reports, rental receivables, PPE and CIP schedule and other receipts
To monitor rental revenue and receivables
To monitor assigned budget accounts
Manages Asset and Inventory Module
To monitor and review construction project ledgers
Review EWT & VAT filing, alphalist
To assist in business permit processing
Reconciliation of accounts under the Accounting Officer: costing functions, document review and processing, closing and reporting
Job Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or a related field
Non-CPAs are encouraged to apply
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws and regulations
Possesses good leadership skills
Has high attention to details, with good communication and customer service skills
