Is urgently HIRING Accounting Officer to supervise and maintain our accounting records.
Requirements:
Must have 5 years proven experience in accounting for a Real Estate or Construction company.
BS degree in Marketing, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or the like. CPA is a bonus.
Responsibilities:
Proven experience in accounting & bookkeeping works such as collections, receivables, statement of accounts, payables etc.
Proven experience in dealing with government reporting of documents & permits for govt offices like the BIR, SEC, and other important institutions.
Manage all recording of day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
Supervise accurate bank reconciliation.
Strong reporting and presentation skills is a must and possess hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary softwares (Quickbooks)
Investigating and resolving any irregularities or inquiries and assisting in general financial management and analysis
Other Details:
Time of Work: 8am to 6:30pm Mondays to Fridays;
Salary Range - 20,000- 25,000
Promotions are based on duties, responsibilities, and performance as the company expands.
