Responsible for accurate reporting and processing of financial/accounting transactions;
Prepares Financial Statement and other related reports (Balance sheet & Income Statement, lapsing schedules etc.);
Ensures all request for payments are duly approved;
Ensures completeness and validity of supporting documents such as invoices and other internal forms;
Prepares and ensures accuracy of payable voucher entry for payment processing;
Coordinates with concerned parties (internally and externally) to enable the preparation and processing of accounting documents and payment request;
Prepares and files BIR tax returns applicable to the company including alpha list;
Prepares reconciliation of filed BIR tax returns vs accounts ledger periodically, as applicable;
Archiving of all BIR and SEC compliance related documents;
Oversees the filing and archiving of vouchers and other related documents;
Updates and secures a copy of significant contracts such as lease contracts etc. (hard and soft copy).
Required Competencies:
Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related course;
With at least 3 years of Accounting / Finance work experience;
Attention to details;
Verbal and written communication skills;
Proficiency with accounting software like SAP and QuickBooks;
Intermediate to advance excel proficiency;
Applicants must be willing to be assigned in San Miguel Manila (near TIP Manila campus).
