Job Description
-College graduate-Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
-2yrs Experience as Accounting Supervisor or Accounting Specialist
-Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), tax laws, analytical, results-oriented, negotiation skills, committed to meeting deadlines.
Job Responsibilities:
-Assisting the GL Officer with the following tasks
-Staff Supervision Accounting Dept. (A/P & A/R)
-Prepare Schedules & BIR Return Filing- Tax Compliance
-Cash Position-Weekly
Monitor Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
-Bank Reconciliation
-Ensure that all Accounting Data Accuracy
-All Accounting Schedules related to General Ledger
-Prepare all adjusting/reversal and reclass entries
-Prepare CAPEX-Lapsing Schedule
-Financial Position (Income statement & Balance Street) Monthly
-Any ad hoc task assigned by the immediate superior
