Description
Responsible for checking the daily bank balances
· Prepares cash vouchers and checks for monthly payments and releasing of checks
· Records monthly sales and monitors the output tax to update summary of sales
· Records monthly purchases and monitors the input tax to update the summary of sales
· Responsible in encoding all BIR compliance schedules such as monthly, quarterly and annual withholding tax on compensation and expanded 2550M/Q, 1604E, 2316, Alphalist and VAT Relief)
· Responsible for updating the entry into Lifesports Inc. Book of Accounts
· Encodes creditable withholding tax or BIR form 2307 received from the customers and clients, prepares the same for Partner Agencies and Sales Agents' Commission. Keeps the documents for BIR purposes
· Encodes and prepares the monthly summary of payables and provides weekly report to the Management
· Responsible in monitoring and computing the travel expenses of Sales Agents and Sales Manager
· Checks Commission Summary
· Checks Olympic Village Sales Invoices for approval of Management
· Checks the timekeeping records summary (attendance book, biometric information) given by HR Officer for payroll purposes
· Performs other duties that may be assigned by the Management from time to time
