The BIGGEST distributor of FOTON VEHICLES is in need of
Accounting Officer
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary responsible for ensuring accurate and timely submission of Monthly budget that helps the Management in ensuring that the budget is properly allocated and efficiently used.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Timely preparation of Monthly Budget Report for all Business Units and Sports- Accurately prepares monthly departmental expense report and submits to VP - Finance for checking and review every 10th of the month.
- Accurately identifies expense accounts which exceed budget allocation.
- Closely coordinates to concerned personnel for other expense information, clarifications and queries.
- Reviews and obtains other data needed for budget report such as post paid monitoring, service vehicle monitoring and Fleet card monitoring from FMPI Accounts payable and list of employees of UAAGI and HBD from HR Timekeeping and Compensation
- Accurately updates the schedule of data monitoring.
2. Conforms to the standard operating procedures and necessary requirements of ISO 9001Quality Management System.
3. Timely and accurate prepare RFP for power concessionaires & West Insula Condominium billing for approval of VP for Finance need to forward to Accounting for Payment.
4. Prepares Monthly Executive payroll and forward to AVP for Accounting for checking.
5. Timely and Accurate Sending of Monthly Load Allowance of all business units.
6. Performs other tasks that may be assigned by Immediate Head/VP for Finance.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy / Financial Accounting
EXPERIENCE
2-4 years of work experience in the same field
KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge of Accounting Principles
SKILLS
Computer Literate; Peach Tree Accounting Software; Excel Program
ABILITIES
- Ability to analyze information
- Ability to post accurately the figures / numbers in peach tree system
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 2
Language(s): English
