JOB DESCRIPTION
• Process invoices, records payments, and track expenses of the organization.
• Supervises other staff members
• Communicating with customers, other team members and an essential part of this job.
• Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
• Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements.
• Reconcile accounts in a timely manner.
• Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.
• Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity area
• Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and appilcable laws
QUALIFICATION
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Mathematics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
• A degree in Accounting or similar
• Previous working experience as an AccountingOfficer.
• Knowledge and compentency in accounting principles.
• Proficiency in management systems.
• Administration skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software.

Knowledge: Microsoft PowerPoint, Accounting Software, Accountability for mistakes and errors, Internal audit, Accounting
