Job Description
Consolidates documents for processing such as MRR, Invoice and Purchase Order, and Purchased Requisition Slip/Capital Expenditure Request.
Prepares payable voucher for processing and approval.
Validates the information completeness and correctness of each document prior to preparation of Accounts Payable Voucher.
Prepares voucher and forward to treasury for check preparation.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of BS in Accountancy
with CPA license
Knowledgeable in SAP
1-4 years experienced employee specializing in Corporate Finance
Strong analytical skills
