Job Descriptions
Process and record invoices, payments, and expenses of the company.
Monitoring of inventory for all stores/branches.
Conduct spot inventory audits for all stores/branches.
Monitoring of sales transactions and make reconciliation for all branches.
Prepare an in-house financial statement.
Prepare sales and expenses as per the requirement of the Manager/Head.
Recording of sales transaction in the Cash Book Journal for all branches.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Manager/Head.
Job Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Banking, or equivalent.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required.
Must be highly analytical and has keen attention to detail.
Good communication skills both written and oral.
Microsoft excel savvy
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Must be a team player and has initiative.
Able to work under pressure.
