Description
1. Perform the day to day accounting and billing activities of the business in a timely and accurate manner.
2. Perform and review a variety of accounting functions including billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, grants accounting, reimbursement requests, and revenue accounting.
3. Maintain special accounting and payroll records and filing of vouchers and other documentation.
4. Prepare complex reports regarding the status of various accounts, prepares trial balances, and prepares financial reports and statements, prepare working papers, reconciliations schedules, exhibits, and summaries.
5. Prepare a variety of complex reports involving statistics, legal requirements, fund accounting, and other specialized components in a timely manner including 1601-C, 1604-E, 1604-C, 1702, SSS, HDMF, PH contributions, and other required.
6. Review journal entries of Accounting Assistant & Procurement Assistant to ensure accuracy.
7. Perform variance analyses and prepare account reconciliations.
8. Assist with financial and tax audits.
9. Coordinate more complex accounting projects and initiatives with other members of the accounting and finance team or with other departments.
10. Document and monitor internal controls in support of the auditing team.
11. Ad hoc financial analysis and reporting.
