Accounting Officer (alabang)Agrifund AP Finance Corp.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, receivable, expenses, revenues, and general ledger entries.
Day-to-day bookkeeping activities include balancing bank statements, processing invoices, and tracking financial transactions.
Budget management entails assisting with budget formulation, monitoring budget implementation, and providing analysis of differences between actual and budgeted financial data.
Prepare regular financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other financial analysis.
Tax Compliance: Ensure tax requirements are followed, prepare tax returns, and provide documentation for audits or tax filings.
To maintain accurate financial records, reconcile accounts, , identify discrepancies, and handle concerns.
Analyze financial data to uncover trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in the financial performance of the firm.
Implement and maintain internal controls to protect financial assets and prevent fraud.
Accounting software and tools are used to handle financial data, generate reports, and streamline procedures.
Perform all other related duties as assigned to meet the needs of the organization
Qualification
Graduate of BS Accountancy or any accounting-related course
With at least 3 years experience in accounting, finance, or related roles within the food retail industry or general business context is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software.
With Strong Data Management Skills
Multi tasking in order to successfully handle multiple accounts.
Excellent efficiency for handling any accounting issues quickly with minimal interference.
With People management skills
Amenable to work in East Capitol Drive, Pasig City
