Plan, implement and oversee overall accounting strategies and objectives.
Manage accounting daily operations. Ensure implementation of controls and process.
Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Oversee and manage the general accounting functions including but not limited to: accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, fixed asset activity, debt activity etc.
Create credit and collections policies for the customers and payment policy for the suppliers
Monitor and analyze accounting data and financial.
Adhere to proper accounting methods, policies and principles
Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships
Ensure company's adherence to Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) regulations. Monitors filing and regulatory compliance.
Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company.
Meet financial accounting objectives. Prepare and present KPIs to stakeholders.
Ensure coordination to outsource partner regarding taxation and other BIR / SEC related concerns.
Escalation of Finance concerns and propose resolution to address issues.
Spearhead auditing process.
Must be willing to accept changes, other tasks and responsibilities not mentioned above for the overall growth of the company.
