· Preparation of VAT Returns (BIR), Financial Statements for Corporation and Partnership.
· · Shall audit, track and restore compliance/documentation issues and discrepancies.
· · Supervising and delegating department tasks to accounting staff members.
· · Maintaining accurate and complete financial records and participating in audits or reconciliations, as needed.
· · Confirms financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinating the collection, consolidation and evaluation of financial data: preparing special reports
· · Coordinate and complete annual audit.
· · Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of financial reporting and general ledger structure.
· · Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end closing.
· · Assist external auditor for their requirements.
Qualifications
· · Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance or other related field
· · At least 3 to 5 Managerial experience in Finance/ General Cost/ Accounting functions.
· · Excellent leadership and communication skills
· · Strong understanding of accounting, finance and management principles.
· · Proficiency with computers, especially bookkeeping software (MYOB, Excel and MS Office)
· · High level of efficiency and accuracy
· · Willingness to comply with company regulations/ policies.
· · Preparation of financial statements.
· · Can work under pressure with less supervision
