ACCOUNTING MANAGER
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. FINANCIAL REPORTING
1. Lead the operations of Finance and Accounting function.
2. Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and yearly financing reporting and variance analysis.
3. Make necessary journal entries for ALL financial transactions.
4. Assist in the development of processes and systems that will aid accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
B. TREASURY FUNCTION
1. Prepare budget and cash requirement for operations.
2. Responsible for reporting of all local cash transactions, including the monitoring of expenditures.
3. Ensure all collections are deposited and accounted for.
4. Monitor the actual cash flow as against the established budget and financial forecasts, & to report the variances thereof.
C. MANAGEMENT SUPPORT
1. Support local management team on forecast & budget with profitability and cost control as required.
2. Compare and evaluate actual revenues to target/budgeted revenues.
3. Review sales and collection reports to determine the status of collections and the amount of outstanding balances.
4. Regularly communicate & inform financial situation and other related matters to management team and highlight essential risk if applicable.
D. COMPLIANCE
1. Comply with local government requirements and tax filings.
2. Coordinate the provision of information to external auditors as required.
