Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in accounting or finance managerial roles.
Preferably with experience in retail, commercial property, or mall operations but not required.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations.
Strong leadership, managerial skills, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Oversee Daily Accounting and Cash Activities
Monitor daily bank transactions, cash flow, deposits, and petty cash
Ensure all cash and bank records are complete and accurate
Check vouchers, checks, and payment documents before release
Manage Payroll and Employee Benefits
Supervise payroll processing for admin, construction, and McDonald's staff
Review timekeeping and payroll computations
Ensure correct payment of SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, and final pay
Handle Billing, Receivables, and Payables
Oversee billing for utilities, LPG, pest control, and tenant charges
Monitor accounts receivable, issue official receipts, and track collections
Review and approve accounts payable and check vouchers
Prepare Financial and Management Reports
Produce monthly Profit and Loss reports and expense summaries
Review sales, purchase, and expense reports
Assist management in understanding financial results and issues
Ensure Compliance and Team Supervision
Coordinate tax preparation and payments with consultants and banks
Ensure compliance with BIR and other government requirements
Guide, review, and audit the work of accounting officers and staff
