ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Supervise Accounting Team - Directly manages accounting
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee all financial operations to construction projects, ensuring accurate budgeting, cost tracking, financial reporting and periodic auditing. This role requires deep knowledge of construction accounting practices, strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with project managers and stakeholders
 
Job Responsibilities
Supervise Accounting Team - Directly manages accounting staff, assigns tasks, monitors performance and supports training and development
Oversees Financial Reporting & Analysis - Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; analyzes variances; and provides financial insights to support mall operations.
Leads Budgeting & Forecasting - Manages the annual budget process and updates forecasts to align with financial goals.
Manages Accounts Operations - Oversees accounts payable and receivable, ensures timely billing and collection, and monitors aging reports.
Ensures Tax & Audit Compliance - Prepares tax returns, ensures compliance with local tax laws, and coordinates internal and external audits.
Implements Internal Controls - Develops and monitors internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
Handles Cash Flow & Treasury - Manages daily cash flow, approves disbursements and supervises banking transactions.
 Qualifications
BS degree in Accountancy or Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
5+ years of accounting and finance experience
Proficiency in Accounting software and Microsoft Office
Experience with cost accounting and project profitability analysis.
