ACCOUNTING MANAGER
 
Job Description:
Prepares and reviews financial statements ensuring timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Oversees day-to-day accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
Ensures compliance with local tax laws, government regulations, and accounting standards.
Coordinates with external auditors and facilitate the audit process.
Assists in preparing annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
Supervises and mentor accounting staff while delegating tasks to ensure adherence to deadlines and objectives.
Develops and implement accounting policies, systems, and controls to improve operational efficiency.
Oversees tax computations, filing, and payments ensuring compliance with tax legislation. Provide data-driven recommendations to support business decisions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accountancy.
CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license is preferred.
At least 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting with 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Experience in the glass industry is a plus.
Proficiency in specialized accounting software.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets are a must.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
