REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required)
Strong understanding of auditing standards
Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in auditing, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
Proficiency in financial reporting and internal control evaluation
Excellent leadership and team management abilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in accordance with accounting standards
Leads and supervises the accounting team, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger staff
Plays a key role in the budgeting process, including budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis
