ACCOUNTING MANAGER
 
The position is responsible for overseeing all financial operations and reporting for an automotive company. This includes managing the finance team, preparing financial statements and budgets. Analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The Accounting Manager will directly report to Chief Finance Officer and plays a critical role in guiding the company's financial strategy and supporting key business decision
 
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance with a CPA or CMA certification preferred.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in financial management.
Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting using Excel and other financial software.
Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and knowledge of relevant financial regulations.
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to lead and develop a finance team.
Adaptable to changes in the business environment and able to provide strategic financial guidance.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to identify and address financial challenges.
