Job Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the general accounting functions.
Help with quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit.
Assess current practices and procedures and make recommendations for improvements.
Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested.
Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships.
Job Qualifications:
Experience Accounting Manager or an Accountant
Graduate of at least 4 years Accounting related course with at least 5 years experience.
License (Certified Public Accountant) is an advantage.
Familiar to PEZA Registered Company or experience working with them.
Computer proficient
Know how to handle various foreign currencies.
Have knowledge of financial analysis and management accounting.
Good in health with minimum absences.
Hardworking with persistence and patience.
Resident of Cebu City or Mandaue City is an advantage.
