Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.Must be a CPAMinimum of 5 years' experience in accounting, at least 2 years in managerial capacityWith Significant knowledge in construction and real estate, land acquisition, buying, selling & leasing of properties and agri-business accounting.Immersed in taxation analysis and compliance.Updated with current Real Estate policies, market environment and Real Estate Valuation.Sufficient experience in financial reporting requirements.
Knowledgeable in accounting software and database and PFRS and taxation.

Responsibility: To establish financial status by implementing systems that can analyze, verify, and report accurate financial information promptly to top management. To ensure company compliance to regulatory bodies and stakeholders, such as but not limited to SEC, and BIR.
