Planning, implementing and supervising the company's financial strategy
Managing the company's financial accounts, payroll, budget, cash receipts and financial assets
Handling the company's transactions and debts and doing cash flow forecasting
Performing the company's financial audits
Following proper accounting procedures to reach financial objectives
Monitoring and analyzing financial accounting data
Creating financial reports based on data analysis.
Preparing and submitting corporate tax reports to the country's revenue authorities
Providing the company's external auditors with accounting and financial reports and data.
Advanced skills in MS Office, databases, bookkeeping/accounting software, and other financial systems.
QUALIFICATION
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy - CPA is preferred.
Experience in Management as finance manager, accounting manager, or accounting supervisor.
A strong commitment to driving and attaining outcomes, and strong leadership abilities
Ability to mentor employees and deliver performance management strategies
Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and management principles.
